I am Elizabeth, the “fit college girl” (hopeful), a senior in college trying to eat healthy, exercise, and lose weight while balancing school work, extra curriculars, and college life in general. This blog is my motivation and personal diary to keep my lifestyle in check. I know quite a bit about nutrition and eating healthy, as well as the benefits of exercise from reading blogs, books, magazines, anything that I can get my hands on because it is very important to me, but I am in no way an expert or professional in the field, so take what I say with a grain of salt! I also love to cook and bake and consider myself a foodie. Other random facts about myself: I love pink, watching sports (especially basketball),camp fires, romantic comedies, reality TV shows, hiking with my family, puppies, summertime, preppy clothes, my sorority, and above all else, my Lord and Savior.
